Order Processing
- Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Prescription orders may take an additional 4–12 hours for pharmacist verification before dispatch.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from your My Account page.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed orders: Allow 1 extra business day before contacting us — occasional carrier delays do occur.
- Wrong address: Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
Important — Please Read Before Ordering
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import regulations and customs requirements. YourMediLife is not liable for delays, holds, or actions taken by customs authorities.
- Import duties & taxes — Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority are entirely the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customs documentation — We provide accurate commercial invoices and declarations with every shipment. Falsifying customs documents is illegal and will not be done at any customer request.
Customs Return Policy
If your country's customs authority returns the parcel to us:
- A refund will be assessed once we receive and inspect the returned package.
- Refund eligibility is based strictly on the condition of the medicines when received back — products that are damaged, expired, tampered with, or rendered unsellable during transit or customs handling will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any refund approved will apply to the cost of eligible medicines only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Return processing may take 10–21 business days from the date the parcel arrives back at our facility.
Customs Seizure / Freeze Policy
If your order is seized, frozen, or confiscated by customs authorities, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This includes cases where customs destroys, retains, or refuses to release the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the ordered products are legal to import into their country before placing an order.
Returns Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or free replacement — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription medications (once dispensed)
- Temperature-sensitive or refrigerated products
- Opened or used products
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page within the return window.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason.
- We will send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack items securely with the RAN on the outer packaging and ship using the method provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
