It is used to treat acne vulgaris a long-term skin disease characterized by symptoms such as blackheads, pimples, whiteheads etc WARNING & PRECAUTIONS Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you: Are allergic to clarithromycin or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine INTERACTIONS Tell your doctor if you are using: Any topical corticosteroids DIRECTIONS FOR USE Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Always wash your hands before and after using the cream It is for external use only Apply a thin film of the gel to the affected area Avoid contact with eyes, lips or mucous membranes Caution is advised when used on the face due to the potential for irritation If irritation or sensitivity occurs, should discontinue the medication Do not apply in larger quantities than recommended If you use more ACNESOL CL If you use more ACNESOL CL, consult your doctor for advice If you stop using ACNESOL CL Do not stop using ACNESOL CL unless your doctor instructs you to do so SIDE EFFECTS Like all medicines, ACNESOL CL can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
